Tarell McCraney writes plays that are performed to rave reviews in London and New York; was, for three, recent years the playwright in residence at London's Royal Shakespeare Company; and lives in Liberty City. Tarell and the Jacks are collaborating on a new piece which involves hit narratives from Shakespeare, King James' musing on "Sorcerie," slow-motion swordfights, Hamlet's ghost danced by an Alvin Ailey dancer (Jamar Roberts) and Alexander Milne declaiming Shakepear's Sonnet 18 -- with Celtic rock musical underpinnings from Les Tres Jacques . . .
Saturday, April 28 at 7 p.m. All to raise money for Miami's fabulous GableStage Theater.
